Items will be posted within 2 business days from your payment being received. Please note that payment by EFT can take several days to clear and therefore will take longer to be shipped. Insurance is available when checking out for an additional $2.00 and is strongly recomended.

Refunds

A return will be accepted only upon misrepresentation of the item in our description. To return an item you must first contact us and obtain a "Return Approved Number" (RAN) by either emailling sales@bongobeauty.com.au or phone (07) 3103 3713 in Australia or (870) 619-4036 in the USA. The item can be returned by mail to PO Box 477, Corinda, Qld 4075. Items returned must have a Return Approved Number. Items returned without a Returned Approved Number will not be accepted.

Where a item has been returned correctly under the above process, a refund will be made within 5 business days of the receipt of the item as follows -
* Where payment made by credit card or paypal, a refund will be processed to that credit card or paypal account.
* If the payment was not made by credit card, an EFT will be made to the bank account of the person. Please make sure you provide your BSB, Bank A/c Number and Bank A/c Name with your item being returned.
*If the payment was not made by credit card or paypal and originated outside Australia, a cheque will be sent.

Refunds will not be made by cash or cheque to Australian residents.
